We will notify you of your corporation being approved and attach a confirmation from the Secretary of State's office, within 48 hours. State of Florida For Profit Corporation We will prepare your Articles of Incorporation and Designation of Registered Agent with a cover letter to the Department of State based on the information supplied by you to us on line. These documents will be mailed to you for your processing. This is a typing service only for "Fill in the Blank type forms". This is the same service as listed above except it includes a Corporate Record Book which includes a Metal seal, Minutes and By Laws and Stock Certificates. Total cost including fees to the State of Florida.................$425.00 Corporation documents are not Florida Supreme Court approved forms. Therefore it is necessary for you to provide us the exact information that will be provided on line to the Division of Corporations. We will copy this information exactly as provided by you to the "Fill in the blank" information forms. This information can be provided to us via the Corporation Input Form listed below, or by visiting any of our offices an obtaining a forms workbook. The Divorce & Bankruptcy Center is not a Law Firm, and cannot provide you with legal advice regard your proposed corporation.
