The Divorce & Bankruptcy Center was founded on this concept:  If an individual knows what he or she wants to accomplish, and lacks the knowledge of how to prepare the paperwork or how to access the court system, an alternative should be available for self representation.

Company Profile

We are South Florida's largest document and family law mediation service provider.  Our convenient office locations provide easy access from anywhere in Broward County and South Palm Beach County Florida. Unlike paralegal operations who are not regulated by any state or local government and can only handle the most simple of divorce matters, the Divorce & Bankruptcy Center can handle paperwork for the most complicated situations.  Unlike an attorney, who can only represent one party in a divorce matter.  A mediator can only work with both parties to resolve issues.  After a settlement agreement has been prepared, the document company can prepare all of the necessary documents for your divorce.  This process saves you thousands of dollars over the conventional attorney divorce process.

Mr.  Allan J. Weltman  is a Family Mediator, Florida Supreme Court Certified County Mediator and Florida Supreme Court Qualified Arbitrator.  He is approved by the Florida Supreme Court as a Guardian Ad Litem.   He is a Board  Member and Officer of   The Association of South Florida Mediators,   Member of Florida Academy of Professional Mediators, and The Association for Conflict Resolution.  Mr. Weltman also served as a County Court Mediator in Florida's Fifteenth Judicial Circuit.
